The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old. They are based on a ritual of yoga exercises done by the Tibetan Lamas which were first publicized by Peter Kelder in his 1939 publication "The Eye of Revelation"
The excercises only take a few minutes per day and are relatively easy for people of any age. The Five Tibetan Rites are reported to improve health, strength and youthfullness, and revitalize the body and mind. This is achieved by attracting universal energy into our body and balancing the 7 Chakras.
I came accross this information, while doing research on a book about The Fountain of Youth. I was intrigued that a few simple excercises could possibly have such a great effect with such little effort. tried the excercises one evening, before going to bed and in the morning I felt better than I had in years. I had more energy, felt happier, more energetic, focused, and had a wonderful productive day. I intend to take the time every day to complete the excercise routine, and encourage you to try to do this too.
