Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) (uña de gato)
Cat’s claw grows in the highlands of the Peruvian rain forest. The inner bark is harvested in an ecologically sound manner, to preserve the plant. It has been used for centuries in South America to prevent and treat disease.
The native people of Peru have used Cat's Claw for a variety of health conditions, including viral infections, Alzheimer’s disease, immune support and arthritis.
